{"id":145382,"date":"2023-02-27T11:30:10","date_gmt":"2023-02-27T11:30:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.moor.co.uk\/?post_type=product&#038;p=145382"},"modified":"2025-07-29T13:49:09","modified_gmt":"2025-07-29T13:49:09","slug":"perfusion-and-oxygenation-imager-mooro2flo-2","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/www.moor.co.uk\/zh-cn\/products\/imaging\/perfusion-and-oxygenation-imager-mooro2flo-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Laser Speckle Blood Flow and Tissue Oxygenation Imager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The moorO<sub>2<\/sub>Flo-2 perfusion and oxygenation imager is a unique system designed to simultaneously image tissue perfusion and relative tissue oxyhaemoglobin and deoxyhaemoglobin concentration change.<\/p>\n<p>The moorO<sub>2<\/sub>Flo-2 combines Moor Instruments\u2019 existing laser speckle contrast technology for perfusion imaging (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.moor.co.uk\/zh-cn\/products\/imaging\/laser-speckle-contrast-imager\/\">moorFLPI-2<\/a>) with reflectance spectroscopy for oxygenation change imaging.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Non contact imaging.<\/li>\n<li>Blood flow and oxygen videos of any exposed tissue (skin or surgically exposed tissues).<\/li>\n<li>Available in Blood flow only mode with imaging at up to 100 frames per second.<\/li>\n<li>Combined Blood flow and Oxygen at up to 20 frames per second, with each frame containing 1 x blood flow image, 1 x oxyHb image, 1 x deoxyHB image and 1 x colour photograph.<\/li>\n<li>Best spatial resolution of 3.9 microns per pixel to reveal detailed morphology.<\/li>\n<li>10 x optical zoom to image areas from 8mm x 6mm to 300mm x 200mm with motorised zoom and autofocus.<\/li>\n<li>Add multiple \u201cregions of interest\u201d to assess and quantify blood flow and oxygen changes both in real time and post measurement. Area of ROIs calculated automatically.<\/li>\n<li>Colour photo image matches blood flow and oxygen images precisely to aid identification of features<\/li>\n<li>1 camera \u2013 5 parameters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>**The moorO<sub>2<\/sub>Flo-2 is not a medical device.
