{"id":9220,"date":"2017-03-27T11:34:55","date_gmt":"2017-03-27T11:34:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.moor.co.uk\/news\/new-v5-moorflpi-2-software\/"},"modified":"2017-03-27T11:34:55","modified_gmt":"2017-03-27T11:34:55","slug":"new-v5-moorflpi-2-software","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.moor.co.uk\/en-us\/news\/new-v5-moorflpi-2-software\/","title":{"rendered":"New V5 moorFLPI-2 Software"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Our software engineers have been working hard on new software for the <a href=\"\/product\/moorflpi-2-laser-speckle-contrast-imager\/291\">moorFLPI-2<\/a> laser speckle imager and are excited to finally pull the wraps off V5!<\/p>\n<p>This boasts new modules for both measurement and analysis and introduces new features designed to enhance your images, improve reproducibility and streamline your workflow.<\/p>\n<h3>What\u2019s New for V5?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Sliding window measurement algorithm \u2013 capture full resolution images at the full frame rate, combining the best of spatial and temporal measurement modes.<\/li>\n<li>Streamlined measurement set up \u2013 easier set up process.<\/li>\n<li>Control other devices (skin heater, pressure cuff control and iontophoresis transdermal drug delivery) \u2013 improves reproducibility and enables full flexibility in control program.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced reporting for protocol based measurements \u2013 analyse data quickly using the protocol time points (e.g PORH, Toe Pressure assessments etc).<\/li>\n<li>New FFT and wavelet analysis functions \u2013 obtain information about the frequency domains to look for heart rate, vasomotion etc.<\/li>\n<li>Batch Analysis \u2013 analyse multiple files simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Numerous small improvements and tweaks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The changes are in response to customer demand so we trust the new version will be well received!<\/p>\n<p>Important to note that the software will only work with <a href=\"\/product\/moorflpi-2-laser-speckle-contrast-imager\/291\">moorFLPI-2<\/a> so if you have an older <a href=\"\/product\/moorflpi-moorflpi\/4\">moorFLPI<\/a> system we would be happy to discuss favourable trade in options to upgrade to an all new package.<\/p>\n<p>We will also be showcasing the software at various congresses coming up, including; The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.birmingham.ac.uk\/facilities\/mds-cpd\/conferences\/bms\/index.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">British Microcirculation Society<\/a> combined with the UK Cell Adhesion in Birmingham, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cosbid.org\/meeting\/current\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">COSBID<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.brain2017.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BRAIN<\/a> in Berlin and <a href=\"http:\/\/experimentalbiology.org\/2017\/Home.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FASEB<\/a> in Chicago.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our software engineers have been working hard on new software for the moorFLPI-2 laser speckle imager and are excited to finally pull the wraps off V5!
