Service Contracts

We are particularly proud of the quality and reliability of our products, reflected by the generous Manufacturers‘ warranties we have always offered as standard with each system sold.

Our moorVMS-LDF for example, comes with a 5 year warranty with no requirement for annual service – even our optic probes are warranted for six months.

However, a growing number of our customers (primarily clinical, but also clinical research) require annual on-demand certification services and/ or enhanced service and maintenance contracts to maintain and protect their products both during and beyond the standard warranty period. This can help satisfy the demands of internal quality/ clinical requirements to prove the systems are working to specification.

In answer to this requirement, we offer three options: –

EWE – Enhanced Warranty Extension.
RBS – Return to Base Service.
AOI – Annual Onsite Inspection.

Please note;

Imagers, support stands, PC’s and printers supplied by Moor are all considered part of the system covered by warranty or contract. Printer ink and issues caused by third party software/ PC viruses are not covered by contract.

EWE and AOI are not available in all markets. Response times for contract repairs relate to working days only (not public holidays).
