Our dedicated software, now in its 6th generation has been refined over a number of years in response to our customer feedback.

It is developed in-house by our dedicated team, giving us complete control over the software functionality. It is fully featured for setup, measurement, analysis, reporting and export.

Version 6 now features protocol control and reporting to standardise routine challenges, in conjunction with moorVMS protocol equipment for drug delivery, tissue heating and pressure cuff control. This greatly improves the reproducibility of the challenges and eases use considerably.

Setup offers full flexibility to choose scan size and spatial resolution, enabling you to collect data that is appropriate to your measurement, be it just a single image to evaluate spatial variations in flow, or a sequence off images to illustrate temporal and spatial changes.

Measurement starts with a simple click. Any pre-defined measurement protocols for drug delivery, pressure cuff inflation and tissue heating play automatically. 256 colour palette aids visualisation. Mark functions available to time stamp events during and after measurement.

Analysis post measurement includes the ability to define regions of interest (rectangle, ellipse or polygon, in any combination), allowing comparison of flow at different regions, or to evaluate changes within the same region(s) over time. Standard analysis routines available for statistics, histogram, line profile, FFT as well as iontophoresis, heating and pressure protocol statistics.

Five different colour palettes and additional functions such as smoothing, image XY shift (to counteract movement mid measurement), zoom, flux overlay and variable speed playback of repeat blood flow sequences enable you to present your data clearly.

Report templates are available for the protocol and non protocol analysis. The templates can be custom defined to produce the analysis and reporting that is needed from your studies from standard statistical routines through to FFT analysis.

Export data to text, binary, AVI, Matlab and graphical forms to extend the use of data for further analysis or presentations.
