Q. What is the largest area you can scan in one image?

A. The moorLDI2-HR™ - this will scan 2.5cm x 2.5cm with 256 x 256 pixels equating to around 100 pixels for each square mm, maximum area possible with this system is 25cm x 25cm

Q. What laser options do I get with the moorLDI2-HR™?

A. You can opt for 785nm, or 830nm. A longer laser wavelength increases the measurement depth. If you are performing the hind limb investigation we recommend the 830nm laser source. From experience this gives optimal penetration depth. For examples of the images achievable with this laser type, please refer to the images on the references section, or get in contact by clicking here.

Q. What if I need higher resolution than 100 micron per pixel?
