PubMed [1] is an incredibly useful resource for the latest laser Doppler (and general medical) references. You can enter specific search terms or search by specific authors; e.g search for 'laser Doppler iontophoresis' or 'laser Doppler burn assessment' or 'Joe author'. It is also possible to set up alerts to notify you by email when new references are published on, say, 'laser Doppler femoral'.
